IBA Proudly Participates in the 2nd Annual MaCoupin County Senior Expo

At Illinois Benefit Advisory, we believe some of the most meaningful conversations happen face-to-face. That's why we were proud to sponsor and participate in the 2nd Annual Macoupin County Senior Expo, held June 2 at the Macoupin County Fairgrounds in Carlinville.

The event brought together seniors, caregivers, healthcare providers, and local organizations for an afternoon focused on education, wellness, and community. Attendees had the opportunity to connect with local resources, visit vendor booths, gather valuable health information, enjoy entertainment, and enter to win door prizes.

One of the highlights of the day was having the opportunity to meet with so many people who stopped by our booth with questions about Medicare and insurance. Whether someone was approaching Medicare for the first time or simply wanted to better understand their current coverage, we were grateful for the opportunity to provide guidance and help people feel more confident about their options.

Events like the Senior Expo remind us why we love serving our communities.

The expo was also an opportunity to give back. Thanks to the support of sponsors, vendors, and attendees, the event raised $1,200 for the Illinois Valley Economic Development Corporation, helping support programs that strengthen the well-being of individuals and families throughout the region. Following the event, representatives from IBA joined fellow sponsors in presenting the donation. 

We're thankful to have partnered with Carlinville Area Hospital & Clinics, Courtyard Estates of Girard, Hallmark Healthcare of Carlinville, the Macoupin County Fair Board, Sunrise Skilled Nursing & Rehab, and everyone else who helped make the event a success.

We look forward to participating again next year and continuing to connect with the seniors and families we have the privilege of serving. The 3rd Annual MaCoupin County Senior Expo is scheduled for Tuesday, June 8, 2027, and we hope to see you there.
